Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use ChartPic. By creating an account or buying a plan, you accept them.

1. What ChartPic does

ChartPic reads a screenshot of a price chart and returns an analysis: the trend, key levels, a possible entry, a stop, targets and a position size for the risk you choose. It is an educational and informational tool. It is not a broker, it is not investment advice, and it never places an order for you. See the Risk Disclosure.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Keep your login private. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
• Guest accounts are kept for 30 days without a plan, then deleted.

3. Plans and payment

• Payments are processed by Whop. Prices are shown in US dollars before you pay.
• Monthly renews every month until you cancel. Cancel any time from your account page; you keep access until the end of the month you paid for.
• Lifetime is a single payment for access for as long as ChartPic runs.
• Each plan includes 100 full chart readings per calendar month. Free previews do not count.
• Access starts only once Whop confirms the payment.

4. Refunds and your right of withdrawal

ChartPic is digital content delivered immediately. When you buy, you ask for access to start right away and you accept that, under EU consumer law, your 14-day right of withdrawal ends once access has started.

On top of that, if you are not happy, write to support@chartpic.com within 7 days of your first payment and we refund it in full, as long as you have used fewer than 5 full chart readings. Renewals of a Monthly plan are not refunded; cancel before the next renewal instead.

5. Fair use

• Do not share your account, resell the analyses, or scrape the service.
• Do not try to bypass limits, payment or security, or overload the service.
• Only upload images you have the right to use.

We may suspend an account that breaks these rules.

6. No guarantee

Analyses are produced by an AI model and can be wrong. Markets move after an analysis. No result is guaranteed, and every trading decision and its risk are yours. To the extent the law allows, ChartPic is not liable for trading losses.

7. Changes and ending

We may update these terms; the date at the top changes when we do. You can delete your account at any time from your account page.

8. Law

These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the law of the country where you live. Questions: support@chartpic.com.
