Privacy Policy

This page explains what ChartPic stores about you, why, and how to remove it.

What we store

• Your email, and your password in hashed form (or your Google account id if you log in with Google).
• Your onboarding answers and trade settings: account size, risk, timeframe and style.
• The chart screenshots you upload and the analyses made from them.
• The trades and results you log in the Wins Tracker.
• Your plan status from Whop. We never see or store your card number.
• Basic usage events (pages viewed, scans started) to improve the product, and your IP address for abuse limits.

Why

To run the service you asked for (the contract between us), to stop abuse and fraud (our legitimate interest), and to keep accounting records (a legal obligation). We do not sell your data and we do not use your screenshots to advertise.

Who processes it for us

• Supabase: database, login and private image storage.
• Vercel: hosting of the website.
• Anthropic: reads your chart screenshot to produce the analysis.
• Whop: payments and subscriptions.
• Cloudflare Turnstile: checks that a visitor is human.
• PostHog: product usage statistics.
• Google: only if you choose to log in with Google.

Some of these providers are in the United States and work under standard contractual clauses.

How long

• Guest accounts without a plan: deleted after 30 days.
• Accounts: until you delete them. Deleting removes your screenshots, scans and Wins Tracker.
• Payment records: kept as long as accounting law requires.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data, and object to its use. Delete your account yourself from the account page, or write to support@chartpic.com. You can also complain to the CNIL (cnil.fr).

Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to keep you logged in, plus product statistics.
